The EPR-X1.1 PAPR unit fits all current ESAB helmets that are air-prepared and offers advanced respiratory protection against harmful welding fume particles.

This PAPR is designed for applications ranging from occasional use to full-time industrial work. The EPR-X1.1 has a robust, compact housing with a powerful fan that ensures maximum service life and performance.

Check battery status, fan settings, and filter condition at a glance using the easily accessible status LEDs. In addition, the PAPR unit provides audible and vibrating alarms to notify the user of low airflow (indicating that a filter change is needed) and low battery conditions.

The unit is controlled with easily accessible push buttons that allow three airflow speeds of 170/190/210 L/min. The HEPA-grade, EN12941 TH-3P-certified two-stage filter and spark arrestor are easily accessible through a removable front cover.
